Shipping and Delivery

Is shipping included?

The prices published on the Gallery's website include shipping within the European Union. Please contact our team on info@europesart.com for shipping charges outside of the EU.

How long does it take to receive the artwork?

The artwork will be shipped the day the payment has been received. The shipping time depends on the destination and the chosen means of transport by the customer.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

Each case is examined separately in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs (shipping and customs) required to deliver the artwork back to the artist: If the Gallery determines that the artwork was accurately described on the Gallery's site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of buyer's remorse, then the buyer is held responsible for return costs. If the Gallery concludes that the artist misrepresented the work (either in the photograph or in the description), failed to disclose important information about the work, or if the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, the buyer will not be responsible for shipping costs.


Is my artwork original?

Yes. All the artworks displayed are original artworks. The Gallery does not currently sell prints and copies.

Are the artworks signed by the artist?

All paintings are signed either on the front of the painting, on the back or beneath the piece. If requested, the customer can receive an authenticity certificate signed by the artist.

Can I get a certificate of authenticity with the artwork?

Yes, we provide certificates of authenticity with all our artworks.

Will my artwork arrive ready to be displayed?

All of the artworks are ready to be displayed. Some of the paintings are framed. These details are included in the artwork descriptions listed on the Gallery's website.

Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel an order prior to shipment?

Yes, you can. If you have already submitted your payment, you have to inform us immediately on sales@europesart.com and you will be reimbursed the amount that the Gallery received.

Can I return an original work?

We care about our customers and we want them to be fully satisfied. So yes you can return an art work under the following conditions: From the day you receive your original artwork from the couriers, you have 5 (five) days to decide whether to keep the artwork or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within 2 (two) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 5 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 2 days of notifying us, you will NOT be refunded.
